It is essential that a balance is maintained and there are sufficient Li-Ions at the anode and cathode after discharge or recharge. A medida que la bater\u00eda se descarga, la concentraci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico se reduce y el contenido de agua aumenta, lo que aproxima el punto de congelaci\u00f3n del electrolito hacia el del agua. Una bater\u00eda con un nivel de carga del 50\u00a0% tiene un punto de congelaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente -22\u00b0F \/ -30\u00b0C.
