In this Privacy Statement, we want to provide clear and transparent information about the data that we collect and how we handle personal data. Why do we process personal data?

Your personal data may be processed by TecMate for the following purposes:

No information is collected if you visit our site for the purposes of researching our product offering, nor do we send you any information unless you have made a direct request via our Contact US form. Only legitimate requests will be fulfilled.

Customer Service

In order to be able to answer your questions and offer the best possible service, we collect the data that you enter into our Contact US field. It may include your surname, first name, your e-mail address, physical address and any other information you choose to enter so we can answer your question / meet your request.

Your personal data that you have entered and the communication between you and TecMate remain on our email server for a minimum of 12 months.

To identify and gather information about website visits

TecMate uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. TecMate uses Google Analytics for this purpose. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on its servers.

Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used in order to be able to provide reports about the website to the TecMate and information about the effectiveness of campaigns.

Google may provide this information to third parties only when it is legally required to do so or insofar as these third parties process information on behalf of Google. TecMate has no influence on this.

TecMate has not given Google permission to use any Analytics information obtained through the TecMate for other Google services.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask that you contact us immediately. You always have the right to submit a complaint to the Belgian Privacy Commission, the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.

TecMate may make changes to its Privacy Statement. We will announce any changes on our website.
