The green light means the motorcycle engine is off and the O-118PD is in standby mode, monitoring the battery voltage. Start the motorcycle and, when the battery voltage rises above 13.5V, the blue USB light will turn on and USB charging will be available.
If no light is showing, the vehicle battery voltage may be below 9V.
Start the motorcycle and allow the charging system to raise the battery voltage above 13.5V. The blue USB light should then turn on, indicating that USB charging is active.
The blue light blinks when the engine has been switched off and the O-118PD is in its 1-hour USB charging period. After 1 hour, it automatically switches to standby mode to help prevent the motorcycle battery from being drained.

OPERATION (Voltage):

USB 1 HOUR - vehicle engine off / Vb ≤ 13.4V – 1 hour USB output, USB LED blinking (1 hour to standby). Go to standby mode after 1 hour or voltage < 12.4V.
STANDBY MODE – Monitoring voltage, turns back on if vehicle battery voltage increases above 13.5V.
OFF - vehicle battery voltage low, Vb < 12.4V.
